An "oasis" is a fertile spot with water and vegetation. Metaphorically, it signifies a place of relief and rejuvenation in a challenging environment.

On the right side, there are wet zones that include a sauna, a pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, and changing rooms, providing residents with various options for relaxation and rejuvenation.
On the left side, there is a small gym for fitness activities, alongside a lounge area that features a café and a movie room, offering spaces for socialising and entertainment.
