The design focuses on creating a calmer, more comfortable atmosphere using organised circulation, quieter ordering systems, and a softer spatial experience within the high-energy environment.

Customers can order through staff, self-order kiosks, or QR code table ordering, offering flexibility for different dining preferences and speeds of service.
Order numbers are displayed on a large screen for collection at the pickup station, while Click & Collect customers can approach staff directly, helping maintain a clear, organised space while reducing crowding and the need to call out order numbers

The layout is designed to feel generous and spacious for both staff and customers. It minimizes crowding and reduces the chance of physical overlap, avoiding cramped conditions. Seating is arranged to give each person a sense of comfort and personal space, allowing them to feel at ease and momentarily ‘at home’ during their dining experience.
